Trying to finalize my workout plan(help)

For reference im 15 basically 16 150lb, but im on summer break and have cross country which ik kills gains but I still want to build a more aesthetic body. I am new so I understand this may be all wrong If you have advice or think I should change anything regarding the workouts/sets or reps please point it out if not, rep so someone can.

Monday​

Running Workout​

Some kind of challenging run

Later in the gym​

  1. Incline Smith Press 2×6–8
  2. Lat Pulldown 2×6–8
  3. Seated Row 2×6–8
  4. Lateral Raise 2×12–20
  5. Curl 2×8–15
  6. Crunch 2×10–20

Tuesday​

Easy Run​

30-45 min conversational pace

Stretch, eat, recover.

No gym.

Wednesday​

Long Run​

45-70+ min

later that day gym​

  1. Chest Press 2×6–8
  2. Lat Pulldown 2×6–8
  3. Shoulder Press 2×6–8
  4. Tricep Pushdown 2×8–15
  5. Curl 2×8–15
  6. Leg Curl 2×6–8
  7. Crunch 2×10–20

Thursday​

Running Workout​


No gym.


Friday​

Easy Run​

slow paced run

Gym later​

  1. Incline Smith Press 2×6–8
  2. Seated Row 2×6–8
  3. Lat Pulldown 2×6–8

  5. Bulgarian Split Squat or Hack Squat 2×6–8

Also I was wondering what diet I should hop on, I want to build mass and be leaner for abs and overall aesthetics but I think bulking kind of counteracts that

just eat a slight surplus and carb up before gym and hit your protein
cross country won’t kill gains just eat enough
