Should I just stay up all night tonight so I can go to bed early tommorow? That seems high IQ

if you need to wake up at 8 am, go to sleep at 4 am

and immediately drink an energy drink after waking up(coffee if you don't have one). dont eat breakfast. eat later

there you go. you'll become tired at 7-9pm and you have fixed it
