Does anyone have any methods to reduce hunger or sum shit like that, or some other things to promote getting lean. I want to drop bf to around 11 percent. I don't rlly gaf about my physique js my face. I don't know, hunger is cucking me and when I get excited about something else I eat a lot of shit foods because I say, aw I don't give a fuck about looksmaxxing, I'll just eat. It's like I forget what I'm working for and striving for. Pls help
 
just eat less tbh, move more.
Don't have food ready on hand, always make it so you have to make some efforts to eat (cooking, at least re-heating a prepped meal)

Instead of overeating, drink more water to fill your stomach.

caffeine is a really good appetite suppressant atleast for me personally, everytime you're hungry try using 300mg caffeine
