sometimes potassium and salt help but it's been so many years and I'm not sure of the actual persistent cause. my face is very rarely nice and tight and usually bloated.
I will be testing my estrogen levels, test,DHT , prolactin, and more that you may recommend.
and no it's not fat as even when I was lean I used to walk around with facial bloat.
