I grew up around Blacks. If you let them softly slap your face, you become their little cuck slave. I understand the grabbing a guys cheeks as a sign of respect, or kissing the forehead or whatever. But imo, his slap was a little fast and it didn't look good. I personally don't know anyone where I'm from that would react kindly to that. Like I said, maybe its cultural.
