I have posted a pic of me on here before but I always thought I was skinny. Turns out I am skinny fat after all
I have started eating better the last 2 weeks. Used to eat 2,500 calories of biscuits + sweets per day and only 1,000 from normal food no joke. Not had any dirty food in 2 weeks and I feel fucking amazing and my abs are already more toned. I have put on 9 pounds so far by eating 2,800 calories per day.
But how do I lose 4% BF in 3 months whilst still building muscle. Is it as simple as eating 1g of protein per pound of body weight and enough carbs whilst also not overdoing the fatty foods but also eating surplus calories?
