Tutorial on a healthy teenage social life?

Im 16 but yea people my age do fun stuff after school and whatever
I never, ever meet these people outside of school
How tf do I get such a strong bond with people I dont understand
I do sports and I have 2 close friends but still
I never got to experience sleepovers or fun shit w people since I was in elementry
Ive also never played football or had shared intrests that everyone has in the Netherlands

Show up to a random sport that requires you to not do much and you'll make some friends.

No they don’t actually. I used to get bullied 3 years ago but not to an extreme

I don’t get bullied ever at school. Most people respect me and I greet a lot of people in the hallways. I got people to sit next to in classes but yea if it’s almost never a really fun time. Sometimes I feel like I’m just there

It’s something about me but I don’t exactly what is holding me back. I’m 100% sure it’s related socially. I’m just boring and not so sure how to make people laugh

I have changed schools and everything has been going well ever since the new school but they’re just friends in school

Yes same
School friends do not invite u out and are simply utility friends. Without the school u would never text pr hang out woth these people.
But i csnt give advice on how to make friends for a halpy teenage life because im in the same position
