wake up in the morning, no phone and stay outside for 5mins - natural dopamine to get going on the day

eat cereal - spikes igf for bonemass

drink raw milk, and water - hydration for muscles

do a lil workout - atleast something and not being a lazy ass

no fapping - fixes dopamine receptors, more fun to rot on games when you have healthier dopamine receptors

cry yourself to sleep - because you are a lonely piece of shit, also reduces cortisol
