Two ways to increase testosterone ( without lifting or roids)

First vitamin D, that should be obvious enough. The sun has always been the background where wars were fought and civilizations built. Sun is high T , take 4000 IU a day no need to go higher. But there are two other ways to boost,:

Nicotine is a well known aromatase inhibitor- so your plasma testosterone doesn't get converted to estrogen which results in overall higher T levels. Nicotine's main metabolite cotinine also inhibits testosterone breakdown. The tobacco smoke has also shown to increase HGH.

Before I get called a monster for getting people hooked I'm not forcing anyone to become a pack a day smoker ,I'm just telling you the facts. Nicotine also suppresses appetite and increases fat oxidation.

The testosterone levels of the average 35 year old man is way down from 30 years ago. Can you think of any factor which can contribute to this apart from "hurr durr people have become soyboys"? Well tobacco stigmatization rapidly increased from the 1980s. Sure sugary foods have become rampant but they were available in the past as well. High speed porn? Maybe. Mobile phone addiction? (Definitely increases ADHD symptoms but little to do with testosterone.) Social media? Well constantly comparing yourself to people on the internet will definitely have an impact but the number one underlying factor is imo tobacco becoming taboo to an extent.

No wonder Amazon tribes ascribe a "masculine spirit" to tobacco smoke and revere it.

Now obviously you aren't going to take up cigarette smoking for a slight testosterone increase but here's what you can do

Use a nicotine patch-the release will be slow so less chance of addiction

Nicotine gum- as addictive as coffee but nicotine in general is not carcinogenic and has been shown to have positive effects on cognitive performance and depression. Check out the documentary "You don't know nicotine" if you're interested.

Pipe smoking- maximum a bowl a day .1.5 X as addictive as caffeine if you don't inhale (don't recommend unless you were gonna take it up anyway)

Cigs- Not recommended

The second factor is a bit "kookier"(if you're not already kookied enough)

Seed retention-

The pituitary gland secretes two hormones-f*ollicle-stimulating hormone* (FSH) and *luteinizing hormone* (LH)

LH is what stimulates testosterone production in the testes and FSH stimulates sperm production after binding with free testosterone.

Now when you're not spilling the seed FSH doesn't need to bind with the free testosterone(as sperms don't need to be produced) and the LH uses the free T to ramp up testosterone production in the testes. Now this would make sense because the body thinks you aren't passing on your genes and by ramping up T increases sexual dimorphism and thereby attractiveness so "female come and mate to create baby." It's a self regulating mechanism and after a three week period of abstinence testosterone does increase. This is why people on No Fap report increased happiness, strength, vigor ,focus etc. (all an effect of going from lower to higher T)

One of the best ways to increase T is by setting goals for yourself and completing them. Achieving better grades, learning new skills, getting promoted at work. The work put into achieving these goals and achieving the goal itself will increase your testosterone and serotonin. And the positive reactions you'll get from people around from completing these goals will help as well.

I'm drawing conclusions to be honest, I'm trying to find studies on test according to race but they all seem flawed. Being lean plays a big role in testosterone levels so it would make sense

Good post. Mostly water but still good. You peaked my interest about nicotine gum tho. I will do some research on if their is any negative side effects.

I don’t see why not throw in some lifting too, it defo helps any male. Just a wee bit every day is good. Fast and lift heavy for faster T boost.

Also get good sleep. Take naps etc.
