I was wondering what type of cleanser I should purchase, whether it be an oily, foaming, cream, gel, etc. I am not sure, so I'd like to hear some opinions.

I have been using a Benzoyl Peroxide Foaming Cream Cleanser for a while but I am now switching to a better skincare routine in which I cannot use benzoyl peroxide, so I need to get a cleanser that doesn't contain that ingredient.

Try Kiehl’s Rare Earth Deep Pore Daily Cleanser. It’s about $40 so it’s pretty affordable. No use benzoyl peroxide.

Get a cleanser thats contains salicylic acid if you have acne. If not, just use a simple cleanser from cetaphil or cerave for your skintype.

u should include ur skintype
cerava cleansers arent dogshit but not recommended
korean ones are better

hydrating cleansers are best. skin type is pure bullshit. there's no such thing as over-hydrated skin so you might as well use a hydrating cleanser.

do you have any recs on a specific Korean cleanser I should use?

etude house soojung PH foam cleanser
For smth cheaper : Cosrx good morning low ph cleanser
If u have sensitive skin (broken skin barrier?) skin1004 centella foam ampoule has good reviews ( ordered that actually)

Boring cerave hydrating cleanser (skin type is a meme) + Tretinoin + Moisturizer/Sunscreen will always beat "Pore exfoilcleanser x300 shawenowu xinji 100% BTS korea" bullshit
