i have been on the primal diet for over a month now

there have been times where i have been on both primal diet and nofap at the same time

and times where i was eating goy and doing nofap

AND times where I was doing primal + fap and goy + fap

Obviously eating goy and fapping at the same time is not good, because it will make you lethargic as fuck. Yes releasing that seed will make you lethargic, ONLY if you aren't fucking eating a lot of raw fat to compensate with.

NoFap just kills your sex drive and libido. It literally does that. That's why I avoid it. I don't want my fucking libido to die. That's how people fucking get long nofap streaks, nobody gets those first week level urges after long months of nofap, if they did get that everyday they wouldn't last that long anway, maybe only some fucking monk could do it that's it.
