My three recommendations are try hard dietetics like furosemide, contact more doctors (this is the biggest one), avoid all milk for a consistent amount of time. Idek if the milk one will work, that's just a guess.

At the end of the day, to have a condition that unbearable and not look for answers aggressively is crazy. If I was in your position I'd get diagnosed by 2 more doctors, then look online for the best doctors in that field and book a consultation with them even if it's expensive
