I got an 80 kHz UC machine and I got the ultrasound gel, and I used it for the first time. I was just puffing out my cheeks and kind of pushing one of my cheeks and then puffing so it wouldn't be as loud and obnoxious in my ears. After it, I had a little bit of hearing damage for a few days after, but other than that I had no side effects, no burns. I used an insane amount of ultrasound gel; it was $15 for a bottle, and I probably used $4 worth.
After I did the UC machine, I used the RF machine, and I got my skin to 42°C using the thermometer it is useless if its not around that temperature as it changes the collagen but if you stop moving for even a second you will get like zapped and burned. I just did it all over my face, not just my cheeks, because it also has other benefits. It tightens your skin, and because the head of the UC machine I got is so large, I can't really use it on my submental region, so I use the RF instead. I believe there is a slight difference after two sessions, but mostly on the cheeks from the UC machine.
The second time I used it, I just put my fingers in my mouth instead to push my cheeks out, and the results were much better. I had no hearing damage, and it was also easier and smoother.
I tried to tape cardboard to my face, but it didn't really make a difference because I just wasn't going over those areas and it was very uncomfortable. I think if you use your finger to directly push your cheek out, you won't have to worry about it going over the bony areas, but it did a few times for me. I didn't have any issues except just my ears.
Also, another tip to do is red light therapy, which increases cell (fat) turnover and is generally good for your skin anyway. After you do it every day after you have used it for like three or four days, you should use the red light every day for 30-ish minutes. You can just sit in front of it and scroll on whatever.
There are certain people that claim you will get fibrosis if you don't drink three liters of water and do lymphatic drainage. I just drank a good amount of water. I didn't do anything else, and I don't have any issues. I was a bit bloated, and my cheeks were a bit red for two days, and then after that it was much better.
I will reply with before and after results in a few weeks when the difference is more obvious.
I may be able to answer questions.
