I will let you know if I come up with a theory, but so far my basic thoughts are :

Mewing
Fix posture
Work out
Listen to subliminals (ones that make you feel good about yourself not copes that turn your eyes green)
Good diet
Meditation don’t do it cuz it’ll deflate your ego which is the opposite of what you want
Cognitive behavioral therapy if you need it
Observe chads and try to behave like the ones thst match your natural personality the most

Arrogance makes those around you HATE you especially if you brandish it. Try being as arrogant as you can and watch how unlikeable you become; unless you have anything to show for it arrogance is a terrible trait and it involves putting others below yourself.

This is what I think. There's no good or bad, everything just is what it is. I don't believe in karma like you do, I just believe in positive thinking vs negative thinking.
