if you're an ugly manlet just tough max and gymmax like jason statham

everyone sees JS as a tough scary bloke hes from shirebrook jfl

for gym max specifically get some big traps and arms + thick neck

i have a 6'4 friend whos built like a door, gymmaxxed, strong and he only weighs 110kg
