Uk/Isle of man Customs

so I ordered off indmart and only ordered 200 Pills. But when my order arrived, everything was in the package But a note was also inserted into the package by Isle of man customs.
now Many people have said the uk customs are shit but I guess since this is the isle of man it could be different. I want to order again as I should've ordered more but idk what to do because if I order again There is a chance my address gets flagged.
