Should i take this opportunity to get a free lefort 1 aswell as braces with the nhs? Or will they just not care at all and fuck me up?
Idc how big the movements are i just want there to be somewhat of a change and my facial harmony to improve.

Or should i save up and get probably a better surgery but higher risk in another country ?

nhs surgery qualities are more predictable than the ones you'll find in turkey. you probably wont get a 3d guide like youd get in germany or turkey. but the biggest issue would be wait times, which in the uk you'll probaby wear youre braces for the full time then theyll set your lefort appointment, which is going to be probably like 2-4 years in comparsion to 2-4 weeks youd get in germany

Yeah im only at the stage where my surgeon needs to talk to me lol, to see if im eligible but i should be. The ortho said i need surgery but mostly for my bite, i will try larp as much as i can for other stuff.

But yeah the waits are awful i would probably get surgery in like 2-3years smh.

I believe it will be very functional and lack aesthetics. But if you genuinely need it for SURE take it and you will probably benefit from it atleast a little in term of aesthetis

Maybe, idk yet but i have a recessed upper jaw and my mandible is very downward grown. They might peform a bsso to fix my asymmetry bc my chin shifts to the left

Yes the harmony will deifnitely improve, im hoping they perform a ccw rotation, even a slight one would improve loads

is it a ortho surgery? or are youpaying to get a cosmetic one ? because if its jsut an ortho the doctors dont care about aesthetics they will do what they gotta do and leave you like that

THe free one is ortho, and that is the one i will probably get. I know aesthetics go out the window but it does improve facial harmony and i will be an insecure little chud to them and try get the best outcome possible from the nhs.
