i don't really count this as some kind of "own" of jews that he is back in. he had to backtrack on his (correct) statements that concerns over antisemitism are largely made up.
but.... they are a powerless minority and totally don't control both major parties.
He was punished after saying the scale of anti-Semitism in the party had been "overstated", in response to a damning report by the Equalities and Human Rights Commission.
Mr Corbyn issued a statement earlier saying he regretted any "pain" caused.
