THREAD SONG
this is the exact protocol that turned my narrow boneless sub-5 face into something that finally commands respect. no LARP. no copes. just the method. This thread might be water, but this is all you need

DISCLAIMER: this is experimental. i am not a doctor. results likely come from scar tissue deposition, not actual bone growth. you can permanently damage your skin, nerves, or symmetry. proceed at your own risk. that said, this is what transformed my face when nothing else could.---
INTRODUCTION: THE IQCEL STIGMA
Let's address it. You tell anyone you're smashing your face with a hammer and they'll call you a low-IQ mentalcel who's fallen for a meme. The whole forum laughs. "Just get filler bro." "Just get surgery bro." "You're gonna give yourself brain damage bro." And honestly? For 90% of the people who try it, they're right. Most guys do it for two weeks, hit random spots with zero strategy, swell up like a pumpkin, see no results, quit, and then post about how bonesmashing is cope. That's not the method failing. That's them failing the method.
Here's the reality: bonesmashing works if you stop being retarded about it. It's not caveman shit. It's a systematic, anatomical, long-term protocol that exploits your body's healing response to micro-trauma. Whether it's subperiosteal hematoma ossification or (more likely) organized scar tissue deposition over bone, the mechanism is real, and the results are permanent. You can't dissolve it like filler. You can't botch it like a Turkish hair transplant. You build it yourself, millimeter by millimeter, in the dark at 4:47 a.m. while the rest of the world sleeps off its insulin coma.
The only difference between me and the "iqcel" who failed is that I tracked my locations, controlled my intensity, stayed consistent through the doubt, and adapted based on results. That's it. Anyone with enough discipline and an objective eye can do this. The guide below is the product of five years of trial and error, multiple start-stop phases, permanent mistakes I can't undo, and a final protocol that is now giving me the jaw corners I should have been born with. Read it carefully. Then decide if you're smart enough to be called crazy.
---
THE TOOL
16oz hammer, completely flat smooth head – no texture, no scratches, no unevenness. your skin will get absolutely destroyed otherwise. do NOT use an 8oz; the weight is your friend for controlled medium hits without having to swing hard.
for chin corners specifically: i use a heavy smooth steel ball (like a ball-peen hammer without the peen) because a standard hammer head is too wide to target that exact spot. get creative but keep it smooth.
---
THE FREQUENCY
DAILY. TWICE DAILY. MORNING AND NIGHT.
every time you let the swelling fully die down and take a rest day, you reset the inflammatory cascade. the goal is to keep the area in a constant state of low-grade pooled inflammation so that scar tissue accumulates in layers. cheekbones swell so much that you might get away with every-other-day on them, but for chin and jaw corners, twice a day is the game-changer.
don't take it so far that the skin bursts and you're forced to stop for a week. walk the line.
---
INTENSITY
MEDIUM or SOFT hits. you are NOT trying to fracture your skull. this isn't caveman shit. the mechanism is either subperiosteal hematoma organization (unlikely) or, far more probably, organized scar tissue deposition over the bone. you don't need head-jostling force. you need repetitive micro-trauma that the body responds to by laying down collagen → calcified tissue over months.
i do slightly harder at night (when i have hours to recover before morning) and lighter in the morning (so i'm not a swollen mess at work). the normie mask still has to hold.

SETS & REPS – THE EXACT NUMBERS
for each target area per session:
3-5 sets of 50-100 reps
that's 150–500 controlled taps per spot, per session. yes, it takes a few minutes. yes, it's tedious. no, there are no shortcuts.
breakdown:
• a "set" = continuous tapping across the target zone, moving slightly side to side or up and down to cover the whole surface
• rest 10-15 seconds between sets to let the skin cool
• total session per spot: 2-4 minutes
do NOT just mindlessly hammer the exact same pinpoint 500 times. spread it across the surface you want to build. think of it like painting the bone with micro-trauma.
---
EXACT LOCATIONS – WHERE TO HIT
1. CHEEKBONES (zygomatic arch & body)
TARGET: the middle and upper portion of the zygomatic bone. the part that creates the ogee curve and under-eye support.
AVOID:
• the lower/inferior border of the cheekbone – hitting here made mine bulbous and too low, killing the high-fashion hollow look
• the outermost lateral edge – widened my face too much relative to jaw width, created a top-heavy uncanny look
• the submalar area (soft tissue below the cheekbone, toward the nose) – this is NOT bone and you will permanently damage the skin/vessels there (i have visible damage from this mistake, shown in my full post)
TECHNIQUE: tap across the prominent ridge running from under the eye toward the ear. imagine a line from the outer corner of your eye to the top of your ear. stay on the bone. angle the hammer slightly upward. 50-100 taps moving along this ridge = 1 set.
frequency note: cheekbones swell dramatically. i did these EOD (every other day) and still got permanent results. if doing daily, use lighter intensity to avoid skin breakdown.
---
2. CHIN (mental protuberance & corners)
TARGET A – FRONT PROJECTION (center of chin):
hit the frontal prominence of the mental protuberance. this adds forward projection so your chin doesn't slope back like a weak beta.
TARGET B – CHIN CORNERS (width & squareness):
hit the inferior-lateral corners of the chin, where the bone turns upward toward the jaw. this widens the chin into a square, masculine shape. i used the steel ball tool here for precision. flat hammer head works too if you angle correctly.
TECHNIQUE:
• front: tap dead center, perpendicular to the bone. slightly duck-faced to tighten skin.
• corners: hit from underneath at a 45-degree angle, targeting the bottom edge where the bone flares. turn head slightly to the side for access.
this is also how i FIXED chin asymmetry – by intentionally hitting the weaker corner more. asymmetry is not a risk if you're strategic; it's an opportunity.
---
3. JAW CORNERS / RAMUS / GONIONS (lower third width)
this is the most important and most overlooked area. a wide, squared lower third is what separates HTNs from Chadlites. narrow inward-sloping jaw corners destroy your front profile no matter how good your cheekbones are.
TARGET: the lower ¾ inch of the ramus, right above the jaw corner, and the gonion (the actual corner point underneath).
AVOID:
• the body of the mandible (horizontal part) – hitting here is useless and risks tooth/nerve issues
• the masseter muscle – if you have developed masseters from chewing, they will block the bone. you MUST be shredded and use the positioning tricks below to get around them
TECHNIQUE FOR RAMUS:
• turn head to the side
• jut your neck forward
• push your lower jaw out (underbite position)
• open your teeth slightly apart
• do a duck face to pull the skin tight over the bone
• now hit the exposed bony ridge along the back edge of the jaw, moving up and down the lower ramus
TECHNIQUE FOR GONIONS (underside of corner):
• hit from directly underneath at a 45-degree angle
• the gonion is the hook-like flare at the very bottom corner
• i'm not currently doing heavy gonion work because the blocky swelling shape didn't suit my harmony – use morphs to assess what YOUR face needs
i cannot stress this enough: BE SHREDDED before you start jaw corner work. if you have any bloat or masseter bulk, you cannot see what you're hitting and will end up with distorted results.

SUPPLEMENTS
• Vitamin D3 + K2 (bone metabolism)
• Vitamin C (collagen synthesis)
• Magnesium (100% DV)
• Calcium (100% DV)
• GHK-Cu topical (on hit areas to prevent skin damage and support tissue remodeling)
• Beef tallow layer on skin before hitting (reduces friction damage)
---
SKIN DAMAGE PREVENTION
this is real. i have permanent submalar damage from going too far inward near the nose on cheekbone sessions. you will get discoloration, broken capillaries, and thickened scarred skin if you're not careful.
• use quick, glancing taps – don't drag the hammer head across the skin
• apply beef tallow or heavy moisturizer before sessions
• GHK-Cu copper peptide serum after sessions
• if the skin becomes raw or weepy, STOP and let it heal completely before resuming
• never hit the same exact pinpoint for all reps – keep it moving
---
HOW TO KNOW YOU'RE ON THE RIGHT TRACK
• swelling after sessions makes the area look better than baseline – this is lifefuel and shows you what future permanent tissue will approximate
• after 3-4 weeks, you'll start feeling a hard, dense mass under the skin even when swelling is down – this is scar tissue organization
• progress photos taken in the same lighting, same angle, same bodyfat – review monthly
• use AI (Claude) to objectively analyze your face – tell it you're considering filler in those spots so it gives unbiased structural feedback
---
MOST COMMON MISTAKES
doing it EOD and wondering why nothing changes after 6 months – you're resetting the cascade. daily.
hitting too hard – you don't need fractures. medium taps. consistency > intensity.
doing it while bloated – you cannot see your actual bone structure. get shredded first.
ignoring jaw corners while over-developing cheekbones – congratulations, you now look like an alien. width must be balanced.
giving up after 3 weeks because "it's not working" – i started in 2021. took years of stop-start. the gains came when i finally committed to daily consistency for months straight.---
THE PERFECT FACE IS THE ONLY TRUE ACT OF REBELLION.
