Why Dickmaxing Matters
This is self-explanatory, but having a larger dick is useful for sex obviously and it's an incredible confidence boost. This guide is designed to make the road to Dickmaxing as simple and easy to follow as possible. I've been trying to practice PE and methods to increase my dick size for about 1-2 years now. None of it worked, until I actually started consistently following a simple routine. With it, I've gained 0.4 inches in 3 Months time. I have visual proof, feel free to message me privately if you're curious to see it. It only takes about 1hr per day and it does the absolute most important thing: it makes PE simple to follow. 90% of those trying to get into increasing their penis size FAIL not because it's too difficult or confusing, but because they simply don't stick to a routine long enough to actually see results. This is meant to alleviate that.Note: I will assume if you are reading this thread you have a basic understanding of PE and Dickmaxing. If you don't, then you need to click off this thread and learn the basics first, r/GettingBigger is a great place to start. With that being said I will still try to keep things as user-friendly as possible.
1. Products & Costs
First and foremost you need to have your devices and accessories gathered before you start anything. The most important of which is a High Tension Extender. Image attached below. An extender is what you will use to actually stretch your penis, cause micro-tears and by those micro-tears encourage repair and growth. I would highly recommend the Apex Extender from Peak Male Physique.

The above link not only includes the extender itself, but the supplementary accessories you need as well. The vacuum cup, that you insert your penis into, the sleeve that wraps around your shaft, and the pump handle to vacuum air out. Again you can simply buy it in the package as I did OR if you want to buy just the Extender and mix and match the other accessories then you do what you'd like. If you are looking at other sleeves and cups for example, TotalMan offers great high quality ones.
Other supplemental accessories that'll be useful for you are going to be coconut oil, particularly for lubricant during your manual based work, lotion because we need a way to protect our glans from blisters when extending and a cock ring to keep blood flow centralized inside the penis to maximize our hand work.
2. Establishing a Baseline
The smartest adage in PE goes that the safest PE is not doing PE at all. It is 100% true. Every time you decide to practice PE, you are assuming some sort of risk. Our goal in establishing our baseline is to ensure that we prevent accidents and injuries to the highest degree we can.
The single most important factor with extending, before we even do any extending, is understanding how much strain we actually need to put on our penis before we start. As a result we need to establish our baseline first. The absolute first step you must do is measure your BPEL (Bone Pressed Erect Length). Grab a ruler and get your dick as hard as you can possibly get it. Push the ruler onto your pubic area and sink it as deep as you can without hurting yourself. Figure out what your length is and jot it down or remember because we're going to use that as our baseline for tracking and measuring strain.
Let's now assume you have your measurement. With that we're going to now establish how much tension we're going to need to put on the penis so we can cause growth WITHOUT injuring ourselves. Too many morons start extending and go for crazy weights and end up hurting themselves. We won't do that, we are going to work smart. It's much better in PE to go slow and limit injury than it is to go fast and chase goals quickly. We want to aim for a 5% strain rate when we are in the device. SUPER important you don't go above that. You can do 4% if you want to be more conservative, but going any higher will make you susceptible to blistering and general injury.
Example: Let's say you measured your BPEL and for easy math you are exactly 6 inches in length. Then we can simply do 6 x 0.05. That equals 0.3 which we add to our initial length of 6, so that of course means when we are extending we want to be at a max of 6.3 inches of length.
Another example: If your BPEL is 5.2, we will do 5.2 x 0.05 = 0.26. Then we do: 0.26 + 5.2 = 5.46. Which is our strain rate at 5%. Figure out your Strain and keep moving.
3. The Routine
Probably the part everyone has been waiting for, I won't keep you in suspense. Again I will assume you have some knowledge, but if not just use r/GettingBigger for any confusion on the exercises or manuals. It's also nothing fancy or anything that most ardent PE folks haven't seen before:
1. Semi Erect Bends - 3 Sets, 60 Seconds Per Set, 60 Seconds Rest (You will be slowly semi-bending your penis from top to bottom from both angles. Do not be hard whilst doing it, you want around a 40 percent erection. Use a Cock Ring)
2. BFR Massage - 1 Set, 180 Seconds Per Set, 60 Seconds Rest (You will be kneading your penis in a pincer grip from the shaft to the bottom of the head. Cock ring is advised, please look it up if you don't understand.)
3. Diamond Jelqs - 3 Set, 60 Seconds Per Set, 60 Seconds Rest (If you are doing normal Jelqs STOP. You are putting pressure on your dorsal vein which can cause damage. Diamond jelqs fix this by using a pincer grip, rather than an "Ok" grip. Use a cock ring)
4. High Tension Extender - 1 Set, 30 Minutes. This is the meat and potatoes of your work. Most folks in PE will advocate that you work up to 1 hour, in a 4 day per week window. That's one day on one day off. I DO NOT do that. I simply just do 30 minutes every day and if life gets in the way, then I just take a rest day if I need it. Doing only 30 minutes per day is the literal cheat code. First and foremost, think about it, if I did 1 hour for 4 days a week that is 4 hours of tension a week. Doing 30 mins for 6-7 days is around 3-3.5 hours. We're ONLY sacrificing about an hour of time under tension for a process that is MORE sustainable and is by far safer. When I would go for 1 hour I would get hit with crazy edema and swelling. I go down to 30 mins, zero edema, no blisters as of yet and my dick looks and feels smooth after. Now if YOU PERSONALLY would rather work less days and do the one hour, do that at your own risk. But once you see edema and swelling, you'll realize why my method is king. The most important piece of PE is by far safety. My routine maximizes it.
4. Putting it Together
If doing all this and PE is totally new to you, then when you start working through this routine and buying your products, for your first 5-6 session I ONLY want you to practice putting the vacuum on, practicing extending with little to no weight and just getting comfortable removing it and putting it on. You'll find soon that the most annoying part is actually the setup. Get good at it and it'll save you hours of time in the long run.
Once you finally start getting into actually putting strain on your dick, start off slowly. First legit session, do maybe 5 minutes, next day around 10 minutes. Slowly work your way up and by around 2 weeks of going at it, you should be around or near 30 mins per session.
Keep the strain at 5% and keep measuring, when your BPEL outside of the device reaches your strain level than you go back up another 5%
Example: If your BPEL is 6 inches and you measure at 6.3 in the extender, once you finally hit 6.3 inches outside of extending then you move up another 5% and then begin again at around 6.6 inches and keep progressing slowly and surely as you gain size.
I personally am not gonna stop until I hit 8 inches! Good luck to all of you on your ascension.
