1) WHY I SHOULD CHEW?

It builts masseter muscles which give your face defination but if done for long time it can heavily change bonestructure(increase bonemass)

2)HOW TO CHEW CORRECTLY :

It's a simple thing to do.
1)use your molars to chew because we have evolved to use them for chewing.
2) don't use your cheek muscles while chewing
3) chew from both sides

How to not get bloated look through chewing :

Muh chewing gives bloated look

How?

1)don't use your cheeks in chewing.use your tongue to swipe food across the mouth and use tongue to swallow

3) Routine :

For bone changes start from chewing hard gum 1 hour and processed to 3
For chiselle users start from 20 min and processed to 40 min to hour or more
Chew on both sides equally if u have chiselle u don't need to worry about this but if have gum try chewing it consciously on one side for like 5 sec and move it to the other side then and repeat, it will become a habit after sometime
Note:To see any bone changes try this for at least 2 to 3 years everyday(ideally 4 to 6 years) although you'll see masseter changes in a month

Which is more better hard gum or chisell device

Do you recommand using d2 k3 vitamin ? I heard some things abt them but not sure tbh

and abt. chisell are they strong ? I bought some on aliexpress but the thing broke kinda fast in 3-4 days

looks cheap crap from aliexpress dropshipped

Yh bro use them those vitimans affect the process and i don't know much about chiselle cuz i never buyed it personally but i think its hard... I personally use hard gum.. I think ur provider have provided u shitt stuff

Okay just read this thread and it is fucking solid, I have a somewhat visible jawline( have facial bloat so slightly less visible) but I suffer from having unequal gonial angles and not tall enough of a ramus in general. If I manage to complete this I should in theory have a more prominent lower third from a frontal view and also a side profile angle since the chewing should be able to increase my jaw body(or ramus height as most people say).

I got pretty insane results from chewing but got tmj and lost almost all of my masseters in 4 months from liquid/soft food diet, once I fix my tmj and start chewing again how should I do it? Cus I’m thinking I only need like 20-30 mins of light chewing to get my masseters back

man I have been doing this permanently since I was 14 for more than 2 years I thought that was mewing maybe I misunderstood but it developed my jaw really good in puberty and I never regret it. But tooth pain sucks and I want to give it up sometimes

ehh it looks pretty upturned. maybe he took the after in the morning when the nose is upturned a bit from sleep. I had similar results minus the nose, don't think chewing alone can give forward growth. funnily enough his chin looks less prominent in the after

Completely anecdotal but growing up I would mostly eat food, especially hard food, on the ride side of my mouth and sleep on the left side. I felt like I could bite down harder on the right side of my mouth and I generally sleep in a way always facing the door and growing up that meant sleeping on my left side. Today the right side of my face has dimples, better looking eye area, and just in general looks more defined while the left side doesn't have dimples, looks less defined and a worse eye area.
