I've found extras gums are useable, but they take quite a lot of time to harden up. They start out incredibly soft, but after a few hours they start giving some resistance.

No, wolf's law states that bones will adapt to the loads under which it is placed. Doesnt matter if you are young or older

I got pretty insane results from chewing but got tmj and lost almost all of my masseters in 4 months from liquid/soft food diet, once I fix my tmj and start chewing again how should I do it? Cus I’m thinking I only need like 20-30 mins of light chewing to get my masseters back
