besides the tumeric powder, do you recommend taking all three supplements? i’ve heard people say to only take 2 of them depending on your natural skin tone. would taking all 3 yield the best results?
 
also what are your recommendations for specific brands of listed sups? which brands do you take?

Would a lot of Vitamin E be good as internal sunscreen?

Not enough good evidence of oral vit E photo protection benefits, topical vit E and vit C are both effective for photoprotection. But I don’t recommend it for that reason bc sunscreen definitely mogs
