0.5mm derma stamp 1x/week (i have mild acne scars)​
thinking of buying topical ghkcu tell me if it will do anything​
will this help me reach this by summer lol

I should get strength and recovery gains no? and sleep?

think about ima be hitting gym hard 6x a week until summer, i would make some gains even without mk

mk gotta help me a bit atleast

What even is the goal? none of this will make you have jeff seids physique.

Why would you derma stamp for acne scars? You're supposed to pair it with something. Add tretinoin into the stack.

Don't bother buying topical ghkcu or any ghkcu. Just use retinoids and basic korean skincare.

Use roids if you want the physique halo.

50mg test daily + 4iu hgh is going to do 10-20x more
