1. intermittent fast every day (16-8 or 18-6). this makes sure you're not raising your insulin every 2-3 hours. stop eating 5-6 meals a day like a low class retard. 2-3 meals within a 6-8 hour window is perfect.
2. ideally you should not be eating anything 4 hours before bedtime if you also want to sleepmaxx.
3. Don't forget to stretch daily if you do a lot of sitting during the day.

Now for the diet. These are the foods you should be consuming 90% of the time. For protein it's best to buy your meat from a farmers market or sourced from a local farm.

PROTEIN: Beef (mainly steaks), Chicken breast, Eggs, Wild caught Salmon, Greek Yogurt (if you can tolerate it), organ meats (limit this to 1 serving a week)
CARBS: Sweet potatoes (not daily), Fruits (not daily), Bell peppers , spinach, carrots
FATS: 2 tablespoons of extra virgin olive oil daily drizzled on your meals (THIS IS A MUST). Avocado is also another good source. rest of your fats will come from the animals protein sources.

That's it. stop eating wheat and rice and all anything with lots of sugar. that's why your face is bloated like a BBL.

Walking after meals is also massive for lowering blood sugar and insulin response (15 min fast paced walk).
