This applies to you if you are NW 1-7 or just started shedding/thinning

If youre nw 1 and your hairline just started receding you're highly likely to reverse it by just getting on finasteride 1mg (a 5AR inhibitor, reduces DHT by ~65%) & minoxidil 5% (and RU58841, not FDA-approved but good results reported) daily. you can add microneedling 1.5mm for better results

at nw 2 you may use ketaconozole 2% shampoo for slightly higher DHT suppression but can still reverse for the most part if consistent.

at nw3 there will be a visible thinning in your crown area in addition to the vertex. your options are to be on DHT suppression, switch to dutasteride (inhibits system DHT by 90%) to increase DHT suppression and/or get a hairtransplant. If you get side effects like ED or low libido or depression from DHT inhibitors you can get a topical solution of them from a compound pharmacy

same applies to nw 4-5. in addition to this procedure you can also apply hair fibers to hide the thinning a bit

For nw 6 and beyond its nearly impossible to reverse it fully even with a HT as there's a limited amount of follicles in your donor area. You have 3 options: shave your head, shave it and get Scalp micropigmentation (SMP) or get a hair patch/toupee.

Keep in mind foids will always prefer a guy with hair over a bald guy unless youre johnny sins or dwayne johnson so you may just fraud with a hair patch instead.

There are different types of hair patches (french lace, mono, poly, skinbase) but the most realistic option is ultra thin skin 0.03m base with a density proportional to hair on your sides/back. most foids aren't smart enough to notice its a patch

These are the current ways to hairmaxx until future/under process medications like clascoterone 5%, PP405, GT20029, ABS-201, and eventually hair cloning become available. Best way to avoid nw from the beginning is to hop on duta asap after puberty.
