In this guide, I am going to show you the full hairmaxing regimen, which will include how to grow hair faster, how to grow thicker hair, how to prevent and even reverse balding, and also what the ideal style you should get if you want maximum appeal. You will never need another hair guide after this if you actually read and take the advice. So make sure to take notes to remember what products or things you need to get.
Now we need a realistic expectation of how fast hair will grow. The average person's hair grows at about 0.5 inches per month (0.2 on the lower end). This can vary depending on genetics, but the upper limit we've ever observed is about 1.3 inches per month, which is extremely fast; their hair grows to shoulder length in about a year. We know genetics is the main factor, but all genes are is raw instructions and information for cells and other things, which will multiply and do the functions that do NOT mean that we cannot speed up hair growth. We just need to know how to activate the gene expression and upregulate factors that are used in hair growth for determining keratinization.
To break everything down in a way that even sub 30 iq can understand. How much your hair grows is broken down into two simple things. One is the phase, and the other is the actual growth factors that basically determine how fast it grows if its in the proper phase.
There are 4 main phases. Anagen (hair actively growing), Catagen (hair is transitioning to no longer grow), Telogen (hair is no longer growing and just resting on head), and finally Exogen (hair is shedding). Hair is actively in growth phase for about 2-7 years (3-5 years on average).
Now for people whos hair never grows they have a combination of slow hair growth rate as well as a short anagen phase
for example:
say your hair grows about 0.25 inches per month (which is the low end)
and lets also say your anagen phase is 2 years
after 2 years your hair will reach about 6 inches. and thats not accounting for any breakage or damage you caused it during the growth phase that made it fall off so realistically like 5 inches

so yes it is possible to have genetically short hair that never grows to the point you actually need to do something if you want it long. now this is a huge assumption though its very unlikely your hair grows 0.25 inches a month or you have a 2 year anagen phase and its even more unlikely you have both at the same time but its possible.
but anyways now that we know what the phases are how do we actually extend the phases
1. Wnt/b Catenin
the main driver for what signals hair to go into anagen phase. Have a lot of this and your anagen phase will be long
2. Dermal Papilla Stimulants
IGF-1 , FGF-7 VEGF, the whole 9
3. Katp Opening
Supports anagen phase through energy output
4. Aptosis Surpression
Less bax, more bcl 2, less tgf b (tgf b is the strongest catagen inducer)
5. DHT suppression
DHT not only shrinks follicles, which induces baldness but it also directly stimulates hair to go into catagen through tgf-b

Now that we know what actually keeps hair in anagen phase we now need to know how to actually make hair grow at a faster rate while it is in anagen phase. Here are the main factors effecting actual hair growth speed
1. IGF-1, EGF, & FGF-7
helps the speed of follicle differentiation. Main factor in speedy hair growth

this study literally showed fgf-7 administration led to a 45% increase in hair growth
the treated hair grew at a rate at about 0.20 inches a month compared to the non treated hair which grew about 0.14 inches a month

2. Increased metabolic throughput (KATP, Oxygen,Blood Flow, VEGF, Etc)

1. Protein
Building blocks of keratin.
Best sources of protein include navy beans, tuna (dont overdo it or you are mercury-maxing), sardines, chicken, and beef.
2. Need lots of calories
- Provides plenty of energy for the hair follicles
3. Iron, zinc, biotin, vitamins D & B-complex
- Needed for follicle metabolism. I recommend supplementation if you're a brokecel (watch out for iron supplements, though you will get diarheaminned brutally, better to get it naturally. Also biotin supplements are cope basically everything you eat has biotin)
4. water
- Essential for cellular hydration to prevent follicle death. drink or its over
Last but not least we need to also discuss anti breakage.
It wont matter if your hair grows fast if it all breaks off anyways.
so heres ways you can prevent breakage
1. Wrap your hair at night
use a satin bonnet. Letting your hair rub on a cotton pillow all night is a brutal hairmin. Also your hair will mog in the morning
2. Stop rubbing/touching/pulling your hair
Also avoid combing either. It will look ideal anyways
3. Avoid washing it
At most maybe like once a week but once a month is enough. use shampoo and condition right after (dont cope with just water or only conditioner, your hair will be dirty nigga)
4. Protective styles (if ethniccel)
If your black use a protective style and you will lengthmog. They dont speed up hair growth but brutally mog breakage, split ends, tangling, etc so your hair wont fall off as much + microneedling/adding products will be easier and reach the root more effectively.
Dont get it overly tight/take it out all the time or your alopeciamaxxing.

5. Glucosamine sulphate
sounds like cope but glucosamine will make hair thicker and stronger. You probably already have glucosamine lying around so you can be taller in the morning jfl

2. Minoxidil Daily

3. Nutrients, protein and water daily
sounds like cope but it will be over if you skip this step. just Rot if you think its cope
4. Red light therapy Daily
just get a red light therapy cap and put it on while sleeping so u can ascend all night
5. Dht blocker Daily/every other day
Dutasteride mogs finasteride brutally but both are good. If your broke or cant go on indiamart to buy without prescription then just cope with pumpkin seed oil for the meantime, it does have proven dht blocking effects but not as effective.
Also always use dht blockers topically or you are just trannymaxxing if it gets into your system
also use dht blockers regardless if your balding yet, it not only is good prevention but dht nukes your hair regardless whether its causing balding or not. you may notice this because the front of your hair will be shorter than the back due to dht mogging it
6. resveratrol Daily

this is all you need to grow hair at max speed and density as well as reversing/preventing baldness, everything else is cope or just dangerous

Hair style matters a lot for appeal. Obviously you need to first focus on hair health. Being a density/length/thicknesscel is brutal and no haircut will save you so read the spoiler above before this part.
some things you should definitely avoid when it comes to hair is
1. Fades
Look like complete shit don’t get a taper or a high top, sure you will look homeless without a fade while your hair is growing but you will regret it once your hair is actually long
2. Dying
Don’t dye your hair. It may look cool at first but your nuking your hair density brutally. Only dye your hair if it’s already the length you want and it’s in its best shape or you will look like a balding crackhead
3. Buzz
Never buzz unless it’s already over

To get it you should grow you hair, making sure to take care of it so it’s thick and dense, dont get fades and once it’s a good length ask your barber to slightly trim the side
Middle part can also work but you need to be chad anyways. The hairstyles above will work for 99% of people in ascending them. No you won’t look like hullo or the dude on the top left but you can definitely ascend like the other 2 mtns I showed (and combine it with other looksmaxxes obviously)
Also another tip for hairmaxxing with this hair type is you can use tret. It has been shown to cause hair curling
Arab/middle eastern
these hairstyles have good appeal
Having this hair type is probably the easiest in terms of appeal. Only problem is only desthnics have it unless you perm and nuke your density (don’t be a definitioncel)
Now black people
The main options are dreads or just a long afro
Be sure to again not get a fade or cut the sides or you will have no appeal
Dreads are definitely good for pulling black women but it’s low appeal for other races except ghetto white girls and Latinas. If you do get dreads make sure to not get Freeform’s or the dirty looking ones. I suggest getting a Afro for maximal appeal if your black and tryna pull more than just black women (again don’t cut the sides or bottom) and try to define curls
