This guide is going to be every non cope method to get taller hope you enjoy it.

Natural/ Basic methods (only works if growth plates aren’t fused)

Biology/ Overview of how it works

By natural methods I’m referring to doing everything naturally (this includes certain supplements) you can do this to get the most out of puberty. To max out puberty naturally per se.

How to do it
There are 3 main corner stones of natural height maxxing, this is nutrition, body fat and sleep.

Nutrition
The key pillars of nutrition is
  • Having 1-1.5g of protein per 1 lb of lean mass
  • Making sure to have adequate amount of carbs (this is because the keto diet has been shown to reduce IGF-1 by 20%)(1)
  • Getting adequate nutrients through eating high quality foods like fish, chicken, beef, lamb, eggs etc
  • You should be supplementing any nutrition you don’t have good amounts of
Body Fat
This is quite an obvious one as higher body fat will increase estrogen. This is because fat cells contain the enzyme aromatase, which converts androgens into estrogen. Estrogen in itself isn’t bad and is actually crucial but it’s unideal to have elevated estrogen in puberty (even though it is ideal post puberty), as higher estrogen leads to faster fusion of the growth plates.

The ideal bf in puberty is around the 12% range.

Sleep
I could give the basic ass advice of go to bed early, don’t eat a couple hours before, get a very dark room etc. But you’ve all probably already tried that stuff and tbh it does fuck all.

Now one of the best (and I found the only) method for perfect sleep is supplementing melatonin. It’s cheap, minimal side effects and extremely effective. Melatonin is a synthetic version of a hormone the brain produces to regulate sleep, it works by adding to the already existing natural supply. This in turn can help control your circadian rhythm and make you feel tired more quickly.

Now when and how much should you take?
Take it around 30 minutes to 2 hours before you are going to bed. And take between 50-200 mg/ day.

Negatives
There is quite literally none, everyone should be doing these even if you’re not in puberty

Overall effectiveness
Yes there’s low-no risk with this method but there’s also low-no reward with it as well in terms of height gains. You can expect 1 cm to maybe 2cm extra if you start really early but don’t expect big increases.

HGH + AI (only works if growth plates aren’t fused)

Biology/ Overview of how it works

HGH works by enhancing the production of IGF-1. This increases the rate of growth.

An AI (aromatase inhibitor) works by inhibiting the aromatase enzyme which is responsible for a large majority of estrogen produced. This means that it will reduces estrogen and thus increases the time that your growth plates stay open.

HGH and the AI work together by maximizing the growth period and enhancing growth velocity. This means they have a good synergy which is backed up by this study that shows HGH + AI work better than HGH and AI by themself. (2)

How to do it

HGH
First, we’ll cover regular HGH

First reconstitute the peptide by adding 1 ml of bac per 10 IU of HGH. Then inject the bac water into your HGH vial.

Now each 10 units on an insulin syringe equals 1 IU of HGH. If you’re aiming for 4 IU of HGH, you’d fill the syringe up to the 40-unit mark.

Once you have your dosage inject it into your belly area, around 3 fingers away from the navel. Clean the skin, pinch it, insert the needle and inject slowly.

Now for pharma
Set the desired dose on the HGH pen, inject it into your belly area, around 3 fingers away from the navel. Clean the skin, pinch it, insert the needle and inject slowly.

Dosing
The ideal dosing for HGH if we have in mind heightmaxxing is probably 6-8 IU’s after this the gains start to stagnate. The max you should ever go up to is 10 IU’s but even then at this point the negatives start to outweigh the pros

AI
The best AI to use is Anastrozole, it’s a non- steroidal AI that comes with less severe side effects than other AI’s.

Always do bloodwork, test your E2 to find the dosage you need.

Once you are 1-2 week into using an AI do another blood test to see if you should adjust the dose. E.g if the initial E2 is 80 pg/mL after the first test but drops to 50 pg/mL, you should reduce your dose from 1.0 mg to 0.5 mg.

You want to target blood estradiol levels of 15–20 pg/mL and never go under 10 pg/mL.

Again this is for purely heightmaxxing you want your estradiol levels to be far higher after puberty/ heightmaxxing.

Once you’ve found your E2 adjust your dosage to get into the target range.

This is approximately how much the AI will suppress your E2 by:

0.5 mg → ~50–60%
1 mg → ~80–85%
5 mg → ~85–90%

Anything above this plateaus and gives negligible benefits.

Negatives
Most of the side effects are due to the AI,this is because it comes with many risks including:

Impairment of brain development (4)

Worse spinal and bone health (5)

Far worse lipid (though it looks like Anastrozole has little to no effect on lipids but further studies must be done to confirm this) (6)

Worse hair and skin.

HGH does come with some risks but they are far less than the AI. Some include that it that it:

Could lead to organ growth (7)

May cause bloat (8)

As well as draining your thyroid (9)

It may also lead to hyperglycemia due to promoting insulin resistance. (10)

Overall effectiveness

Personally I wouldn’t recommend this method due to the overwhelming downsides. I personally think HGH by itself mogs the combination of HGH and a AI because this would mitigate a lot of the negatives however its results would be less impressive. Most people think they can get a LL level of result with HGH and AI which is just cope. You can expect 1-2 cm extra with just HGH and 1-4 cm extra height with HGH and a AI.

Glucosamine

Biology/ Overview of how it works

Glucosamine is a key component for the synthesis of functional molecules like glycosaminoglycans and proteoglycans, these are the essential components of articular cartilage and most importantly for us synovial fluid. This fluid reduces in viscosity throughout the day leading to a shorter height in the evening compared to the morning (it’s not the only reason why this happens but it’s a key reason).

This means you can theoretically reduce the amount of height lost between morning and evening (which is around 1-3 cm). This can be backed up by this study which confirms this hypothesis. (11)

However we probably needs to be more research/ testing to truly confirm its effectiveness.

How to do it
Take 1g-3g daily of Glucosamine Sulphate in the morning. It’s also anecdotally been shown to have better effects if combined with MSM (take between 3g-6g) and chondroitin (take between 1g-3g) however this is all purely anecdotal and there is little to no real scientific proof thst combining these makes them more effective.

Negatives
It has been shown to have a reduction in IGF-1. This means it shouldn’t be taken during puberty but after. (12)

Other than the above risk it doesn’t have any serious adverse effects, except from some minor ones like constipation and nausea however these are rare. (13)

Overall effectiveness
Glucosamine is decent method for height growth, other than reducing igf1 (which it doesn’t do to a too high degree) it has got basically no sides and I’d give it a go. You can expect 1cm to maybe 2cm if you’re lucky, increase in EVENING height.

Posture-Correcting Devices

Biology/ Overview of how it works

Ik you’ve all done those posture stretches to try grow taller at least once in your life. But sorry to break it to you those stretches do barely anything and they’re a pain in the ass to do.

Enter posture correction devices

These are fucking amazing, they give instant results, they’re relatively cheap, and they’re also effective in improving your posture.

How to do it
You have to decide the specific issue you have posture wise. If it’s more in your back/ spine use a device that targets that. If it’s more in your pelvic area use a device which targets that. If it’s both you might have to wear a combination. When you’re buying one make sure it comes from a reputable source, with lots of purchases and good reviews.

Negatives
There isn’t enough long term data. (14)

So it has been theorized that these devices weaken the muscles and long term worsen your posture if you overuse it.

It’s annoying to wear. Just take a look at one of these devices.

Overall effectiveness
I’d only recommend using this device if you have bad posture, this is because imo the negatives outweigh the positives in any other situation. The device doesn’t actually improve your height but rather improves the appearance of it. You can expect a gain of 1-4 cm of perceived height depending how bad your posture was before.

Height lifts and elevator shoes/ Air maxes/ shoes with built in lifts


Biology/ Overview of how it works

My personal favorite heightmaxxing method, what I would consider a top tier looksmax. That’s shoes lifts/ height increasing shoes.

Shoe lifts, work by inserting specially designed wedges into your shoe to elevate your heel. Height increasing shoes work similarly but it’s inserted internally in the shoe.

How to do it
First decide on the specific height increase you want. The more you increase it by the higher the risk. If you want an increase of 2 inches+ you need to combine both shoe lifts and height increasing shoes. I personally use 2 inch shoe lifts combined with Air Maxxes (which give me an extra 1 inch) so I get 3 inches in total.

I’d recommend only going as high as 4 inches increase as anything higher looks goofy asf.

For height increasing shoes go for something that’s NT and doesn’t look autistic. If you’re interested I’d recommend reading this thread.


To actually use the shoe lift, insert it into the shoe, push it to the back of the shoe and tada it’s done.

Negatives
It can worsen posture overtime.

It’s social suicide if you get caught. (Personally I have been wearing them for a year now, I play a fuck ton of football and sports in general and haven’t been caught wearing them (touch wood))

Overall effectiveness
This is the best method imo. Insane benefits with barely any negatives, you can potentially get a LL tier height increase from them. I’d recommend this method to anyone even if they’re too scared to go for 3 inches+, having an increase in 1-2 inches is still great results. You can expect 1-4 inches extra height.

Heel filler

Biology/ Overview of how it works

It works by injecting HA or collagen-based gels under the skin in the heel or ball of the foot.

How to do it
Go to a professional and get it done there. Do not do it DIY you’ll end up becoming disabled and injuring your foot.

Negatives
Worsened posture, due it changing your walking/ movement mechanics.

Migrations are extremely common.

Achilles issues due to the Achilles tendon and calf muscles are kept in a shortened position because the heel is constantly raised.

Increased discomfort.

Overall effectiveness
It’s been shown to increase height by 1-2 cm (15). By all means this isn’t bad but due to the brutal side effects I wouldn’t ever try this, only if you’re extremely desperate

Leg Lengthening

Biology/ Overview of how it works

It works when a surgeon surgically cutting the bone (usually tibia or femur) and then using a rod to slowly pull the two ends apart. Then new bone fills the gap created by lengthening.

How to do it
The speed at which your legs are lengthened is around 1mm/ day. Anything faster than this will not enable proper healing.

This is how it’s performed


The type of nails I’d recommend on always using is Fully Internal Nails (Precice 2, Precice STRYDE, Fitbone). Even though they are more expensive than Lengthening Over Nail they come with far less downsides, better results and less chance of infection.

The amount of gain you can safely expect is 8 cm in one surgery for the femur and 6 cm in one surgery for the tibia.

Obviously if you get infection stop immediately.

Proportions to consider

Femur to torso-
Ideal: 1.3-1.4
Doable: 1.5

Leg to full body-
Ideal: 0.55-0.62
Doable: 0.52-0.65

Full body to head-
Ideal: 7.5-8
Doable: 8-8.75

Shoulders (bideltoid) to full body-
Ideal: 0.34-0.29
Doable: 0.28-0.26

Why are these ratios important?
It’s important because you’ll have to adapt your plans around these ratios to not look uncanny. For example people with longer femurs will have to be more conservative with the amount of gains they can expect. Another thing is you might have to address another problem at the same time/ before you’re doing LL for example if you have a small facial height because of SFS you’ll need bimax or something along those lines to look normal. Or if you have an overtly narrow bideltoid you’ll have to roid to look normal and not like a framecel.

Negatives
Some side effects include Fat Embolism, Pulmonary Embolism, Muscle Contracture, Premature Consolidation, Malalignment, Peroneal Nerve Compression, IT Band Tightness, infection

However all these side effects are very rare (<1% you’ll see any adverse side effects), and preventable.

Another one I forgot to add is it’s expensive asf.

Overall effectiveness
LL is the most effective height maxxing method in terms of results. If you’re interested in learning more about LL I’d recommend reading this thread

By natural methods I’m referring to doing everything naturally (this includes certain supplements) you can do this to get the most out of puberty. To max out puberty naturally per se.

How to do it
There are 3 main corner stones of natural height maxxing, this is nutrition, body fat and sleep.

Nutrition
The key pillars of nutrition is
  • Having 1-1.5g of protein per 1 lb of lean mass
  • Making sure to have adequate amount of carbs (this is because the keto diet has been shown to reduce IGF-1 by 20%)(1)
  • Getting adequate nutrients through eating high quality foods like fish, chicken, beef, lamb, eggs etc
  • You should be supplementing any nutrition you don’t have good amounts of
Body Fat
This is quite an obvious one as higher body fat will increase estrogen. This is because fat cells contain the enzyme aromatase, which converts androgens into estrogen. Estrogen in itself isn’t bad and is actually crucial but it’s unideal to have elevated estrogen in puberty (even though it is ideal post puberty), as higher estrogen leads to faster fusion of the growth plates.

The ideal bf in puberty is around the 12% range.

Sleep
I could give the basic ass advice of go to bed early, don’t eat a couple hours before, get a very dark room etc. But you’ve all probably already tried that stuff and tbh it does fuck all.

Now one of the best (and I found the only) method for perfect sleep is supplementing melatonin. It’s cheap, minimal side effects and extremely effective. Melatonin is a synthetic version of a hormone the brain produces to regulate sleep, it works by adding to the already existing natural supply. This in turn can help control your circadian rhythm and make you feel tired more quickly.

Now when and how much should you take?
Take it around 30 minutes to 2 hours before you are going to bed. And take between 50-200 mg/ day.

Negatives
There is quite literally none, everyone should be doing these even if you’re not in puberty

Overall effectiveness
Yes there’s low-no risk with this method but there’s also low-no reward with it as well in terms of height gains. You can expect 1 cm to maybe 2cm extra if you start really early but don’t expect big increases.

HGH + AI (only works if growth plates aren’t fused)

Biology/ Overview of how it works

HGH works by enhancing the production of IGF-1. This increases the rate of growth.

An AI (aromatase inhibitor) works by inhibiting the aromatase enzyme which is responsible for a large majority of estrogen produced. This means that it will reduces estrogen and thus increases the time that your growth plates stay open.

HGH and the AI work together by maximizing the growth period and enhancing growth velocity. This means they have a good synergy which is backed up by this study that shows HGH + AI work better than HGH and AI by themself. (2)

How to do it

HGH
First, we’ll cover regular HGH

First reconstitute the peptide by adding 1 ml of bac per 10 IU of HGH. Then inject the bac water into your HGH vial.

Now each 10 units on an insulin syringe equals 1 IU of HGH. If you’re aiming for 4 IU of HGH, you’d fill the syringe up to the 40-unit mark.

Once you have your dosage inject it into your belly area, around 3 fingers away from the navel. Clean the skin, pinch it, insert the needle and inject slowly.

Now for pharma
Set the desired dose on the HGH pen, inject it into your belly area, around 3 fingers away from the navel. Clean the skin, pinch it, insert the needle and inject slowly.

Dosing
The ideal dosing for HGH if we have in mind heightmaxxing is probably 6-8 IU’s after this the gains start to stagnate. The max you should ever go up to is 10 IU’s but even then at this point the negatives start to outweigh the pros

AI
The best AI to use is Anastrozole, it’s a non- steroidal AI that comes with less severe side effects than other AI’s.

Always do bloodwork, test your E2 to find the dosage you need.

Once you are 1-2 week into using an AI do another blood test to see if you should adjust the dose. E.g if the initial E2 is 80 pg/mL after the first test but drops to 50 pg/mL, you should reduce your dose from 1.0 mg to 0.5 mg.

You want to target blood estradiol levels of 15–20 pg/mL and never go under 10 pg/mL.

Again this is for purely heightmaxxing you want your estradiol levels to be far higher after puberty/ heightmaxxing.

Once you’ve found your E2 adjust your dosage to get into the target range.

This is approximately how much the AI will suppress your E2 by:

0.5 mg → ~50–60%
1 mg → ~80–85%
5 mg → ~85–90%

Anything above this plateaus and gives negligible benefits.

Negatives
Most of the side effects are due to the AI,this is because it comes with many risks including:

Impairment of brain development (4)

Worse spinal and bone health (5)

Far worse lipid (though it looks like Anastrozole has little to no effect on lipids but further studies must be done to confirm this) (6)

Worse hair and skin.

HGH does come with some risks but they are far less than the AI. Some include that it that it:

Could lead to organ growth (7)

May cause bloat (8)

As well as draining your thyroid (9)

It may also lead to hyperglycemia due to promoting insulin resistance. (10)

Overall effectiveness
Personally I wouldn’t recommend this method due to the overwhelming downsides. I personally think HGH by itself mogs the combination of HGH and a AI because this would mitigate a lot of the negatives however its results would be less impressive. Most people think they can get a LL level of result with HGH and AI which is just cope. You can expect 1-2 cm extra with just HGH and 1-4 cm extra height with HGH and a AI.

Glucosamine

Biology/ Overview of how it works

Glucosamine is a key component for the synthesis of functional molecules like glycosaminoglycans and proteoglycans, these are the essential components of articular cartilage and most importantly for us synovial fluid. This fluid reduces in viscosity throughout the day leading to a shorter height in the evening compared to the morning (it’s not the only reason why this happens but it’s a key reason).

This means you can theoretically reduce the amount of height lost between morning and evening (which is around 1-3 cm). This can be backed up by this study which confirms this hypothesis. (11)

However we probably needs to be more research/ testing to truly confirm its effectiveness.

How to do it
Take 1g-3g daily of Glucosamine Sulphate in the morning. It’s also anecdotally been shown to have better effects if combined with MSM (take between 3g-6g) and chondroitin (take between 1g-3g) however this is all purely anecdotal and there is little to no real scientific proof thst combining these makes them more effective.

Negatives
It has been shown to have a reduction in IGF-1. This means it shouldn’t be taken during puberty but after. (12)

Other than the above risk it doesn’t have any serious adverse effects, except from some minor ones like constipation and nausea however these are rare. (13)

Overall effectiveness
Glucosamine is decent method for height growth, other than reducing igf1 (which it doesn’t do to a too high degree) it has got basically no sides and I’d give it a go. You can expect 1cm to maybe 2cm if you’re lucky, increase in EVENING height.

Posture-Correcting Devices

Ik you’ve all done those posture stretches to try grow taller at least once in your life. But sorry to break it to you those stretches do barely anything and they’re a pain in the ass to do.

Enter posture correction devices

These are fucking amazing, they give instant results, they’re relatively cheap, and they’re also effective in improving your posture.

How to do it
You have to decide the specific issue you have posture wise. If it’s more in your back/ spine use a device that targets that. If it’s more in your pelvic area use a device which targets that. If it’s both you might have to wear a combination. When you’re buying one make sure it comes from a reputable source, with lots of purchases and good reviews.

Negatives
There isn’t enough long term data. (14)

So it has been theorized that these devices weaken the muscles and long term worsen your posture if you overuse it.

It’s annoying to wear. Just take a look at one of these devices.

Overall effectiveness
I’d only recommend using this device if you have bad posture, this is because imo the negatives outweigh the positives in any other situation. The device doesn’t actually improve your height but rather improves the appearance of it. You can expect a gain of 1-4 cm of perceived height depending how bad your posture was before.

Height lifts and elevator shoes/ Air maxes/ shoes with built in lifts

Biology/ Overview of how it works

My personal favorite heightmaxxing method, what I would consider a top tier looksmax. That’s shoes lifts/ height increasing shoes.

Shoe lifts, work by inserting specially designed wedges into your shoe to elevate your heel. Height increasing shoes work similarly but it’s inserted internally in the shoe.

How to do it
First decide on the specific height increase you want. The more you increase it by the higher the risk. If you want an increase of 2 inches+ you need to combine both shoe lifts and height increasing shoes. I personally use 2 inch shoe lifts combined with Air Maxxes (which give me an extra 1 inch) so I get 3 inches in total.

I’d recommend only going as high as 4 inches increase as anything higher looks goofy asf.

For height increasing shoes go for something that’s NT and doesn’t look autistic. If you’re interested I’d recommend reading this thread.


To actually use the shoe lift, insert it into the shoe, push it to the back of the shoe and tada it’s done.

Negatives
It can worsen posture overtime.

It’s social suicide if you get caught. (Personally I have been wearing them for a year now, I play a fuck ton of football and sports in general and haven’t been caught wearing them (touch wood))

Overall effectiveness
This is the best method imo. Insane benefits with barely any negatives, you can potentially get a LL tier height increase from them. I’d recommend this method to anyone even if they’re too scared to go for 3 inches+, having an increase in 1-2 inches is still great results. You can expect 1-4 inches extra height.

Heel filler

Biology/ Overview of how it works

It works by injecting HA or collagen-based gels under the skin in the heel or ball of the foot.

How to do it
Go to a professional and get it done there. Do not do it DIY you’ll end up becoming disabled and injuring your foot.

Negatives
Worsened posture, due it changing your walking/ movement mechanics.

Migrations are extremely common.

Achilles issues due to the Achilles tendon and calf muscles are kept in a shortened position because the heel is constantly raised.

Increased discomfort.

Overall effectiveness
It’s been shown to increase height by 1-2 cm (15). By all means this isn’t bad but due to the brutal side effects I wouldn’t ever try this, only if you’re extremely desperate

Leg Lengthening

Biology/ Overview of how it works

It works when a surgeon surgically cutting the bone (usually tibia or femur) and then using a rod to slowly pull the two ends apart. Then new bone fills the gap created by lengthening.

How to do it
The speed at which your legs are lengthened is around 1mm/ day. Anything faster than this will not enable proper healing.

This is how it’s performed


The type of nails I’d recommend on always using is Fully Internal Nails (Precice 2, Precice STRYDE, Fitbone). Even though they are more expensive than Lengthening Over Nail they come with far less downsides, better results and less chance of infection.

The amount of gain you can safely expect is 8 cm in one surgery for the femur and 6 cm in one surgery for the tibia.

Obviously if you get infection stop immediately.

Proportions to consider

Femur to torso-
Ideal: 1.3-1.4
Doable: 1.5

Leg to full body-
Ideal: 0.55-0.62
Doable: 0.52-0.65

Full body to head-
Ideal: 7.5-8
Doable: 8-8.75

Shoulders (bideltoid) to full body-
Ideal: 0.34-0.29
Doable: 0.28-0.26

Why are these ratios important?
It’s important because you’ll have to adapt your plans around these ratios to not look uncanny. For example people with longer femurs will have to be more conservative with the amount of gains they can expect. Another thing is you might have to address another problem at the same time/ before you’re doing LL for example if you have a small facial height because of SFS you’ll need bimax or something along those lines to look normal. Or if you have an overtly narrow bideltoid you’ll have to roid to look normal and not like a framecel.

Negatives
Some side effects include Fat Embolism, Pulmonary Embolism, Muscle Contracture, Premature Consolidation, Malalignment, Peroneal Nerve Compression, IT Band Tightness, infection

However all these side effects are very rare (<1% you’ll see any adverse side effects), and preventable.

Another one I forgot to add is it’s expensive asf.

Overall effectiveness

50-200mg melatonin is not crazy whatsoever, that is the normal dosage to actually reap the full benefits

I could give the basic ass advice of go to bed early, don’t eat a couple hours before, get a very dark room etc. But you’ve all probably already tried that stuff and tbh it does fuck all.

Now one of the best (and I found the only) method for perfect sleep is supplementing melatonin. It’s cheap, minimal side effects and extremely effective. Melatonin is a synthetic version of a hormone the brain produces to regulate sleep, it works by adding to the already existing natural supply. This in turn can help control your circadian rhythm and make you feel tired more quickly.

Now when and how much should you take?
Take it around 30 minutes to 2 hours before you are going to bed. And take between 50-200 mg/ day.

Negatives
There is quite literally none, everyone should be doing these even if you’re not in puberty

Overall effectiveness
Yes there’s low-no risk with this method but there’s also low-no reward with it as well in terms of height gains. You can expect 1 cm to maybe 2cm extra if you start really early but don’t expect big increases.

HGH + AI (only works if growth plates aren’t fused)

Biology/ Overview of how it works

HGH works by enhancing the production of IGF-1. This increases the rate of growth.

An AI (aromatase inhibitor) works by inhibiting the aromatase enzyme which is responsible for a large majority of estrogen produced. This means that it will reduces estrogen and thus increases the time that your growth plates stay open.

HGH and the AI work together by maximizing the growth period and enhancing growth velocity. This means they have a good synergy which is backed up by this study that shows HGH + AI work better than HGH and AI by themself. (2)

How to do it

HGH
First, we’ll cover regular HGH

First reconstitute the peptide by adding 1 ml of bac per 10 IU of HGH. Then inject the bac water into your HGH vial.

Now each 10 units on an insulin syringe equals 1 IU of HGH. If you’re aiming for 4 IU of HGH, you’d fill the syringe up to the 40-unit mark.

Once you have your dosage inject it into your belly area, around 3 fingers away from the navel. Clean the skin, pinch it, insert the needle and inject slowly.

Always do bloodwork, test your E2 to find the dosage you need.

Once you are 1-2 week into using an AI do another blood test to see if you should adjust the dose. E.g if the initial E2 is 80 pg/mL after the first test but drops to 50 pg/mL, you should reduce your dose from 1.0 mg to 0.5 mg.

You want to target blood estradiol levels of 15–20 pg/mL and never go under 10 pg/mL.

Again this is for purely heightmaxxing you want your estradiol levels to be far higher after puberty/ heightmaxxing.

Once you’ve found your E2 adjust your dosage to get into the target range.

This is approximately how much the AI will suppress your E2 by:

0.5 mg → ~50–60%
1 mg → ~80–85%
5 mg → ~85–90%

Anything above this plateaus and gives negligible benefits.

Negatives
Most of the side effects are due to the AI,this is because it comes with many risks including:

Glucosamine

Glucosamine is a key component for the synthesis of functional molecules like glycosaminoglycans and proteoglycans, these are the essential components of articular cartilage and most importantly for us synovial fluid. This fluid reduces in viscosity throughout the day leading to a shorter height in the evening compared to the morning (it’s not the only reason why this happens but it’s a key reason).

This means you can theoretically reduce the amount of height lost between morning and evening (which is around 1-3 cm). This can be backed up by this study which confirms this hypothesis. (11)

However we probably needs to be more research/ testing to truly confirm its effectiveness.

How to do it
Take 1g-3g daily of Glucosamine Sulphate in the morning. It’s also anecdotally been shown to have better effects if combined with MSM (take between 3g-6g) and chondroitin (take between 1g-3g) however this is all purely anecdotal and there is little to no real scientific proof thst combining these makes them more effective.

Negatives
It has been shown to have a reduction in IGF-1. This means it shouldn’t be taken during puberty but after. (12)

Other than the above risk it doesn’t have any serious adverse effects, except from some minor ones like constipation and nausea however these are rare. (13)

These are fucking amazing, they give instant results, they’re relatively cheap, and they’re also effective in improving your posture.

How to do it
You have to decide the specific issue you have posture wise. If it’s more in your back/ spine use a device that targets that. If it’s more in your pelvic area use a device which targets that. If it’s both you might have to wear a combination. When you’re buying one make sure it comes from a reputable source, with lots of purchases and good reviews.

Negatives
There isn’t enough long term data. (14)

So it has been theorized that these devices weaken the muscles and long term worsen your posture if you overuse it.

It’s annoying to wear. Just take a look at one of these devices.

Height lifts and elevator shoes/ Air maxes/ shoes with built in lifts

My personal favorite heightmaxxing method, what I would consider a top tier looksmax. That’s shoes lifts/ height increasing shoes.

Shoe lifts, work by inserting specially designed wedges into your shoe to elevate your heel. Height increasing shoes work similarly but it’s inserted internally in the shoe.

How to do it
First decide on the specific height increase you want. The more you increase it by the higher the risk. If you want an increase of 2 inches+ you need to combine both shoe lifts and height increasing shoes. I personally use 2 inch shoe lifts combined with Air Maxxes (which give me an extra 1 inch) so I get 3 inches in total.

I’d recommend only going as high as 4 inches increase as anything higher looks goofy asf.

For height increasing shoes go for something that’s NT and doesn’t look autistic. If you’re interested I’d recommend reading this thread.


To actually use the shoe lift, insert it into the shoe, push it to the back of the shoe and tada it’s done.

Negatives
It can worsen posture overtime.

Migrations are extremely common.

Achilles issues due to the Achilles tendon and calf muscles are kept in a shortened position because the heel is constantly raised.

It’s been shown to increase height by 1-2 cm (15). By all means this isn’t bad but due to the brutal side effects I wouldn’t ever try this, only if you’re extremely desperate

Leg Lengthening

It works when a surgeon surgically cutting the bone (usually tibia or femur) and then using a rod to slowly pull the two ends apart. Then new bone fills the gap created by lengthening.

How to do it
The speed at which your legs are lengthened is around 1mm/ day. Anything faster than this will not enable proper healing.

This is how it’s performed


The type of nails I’d recommend on always using is Fully Internal Nails (Precice 2, Precice STRYDE, Fitbone). Even though they are more expensive than Lengthening Over Nail they come with far less downsides, better results and less chance of infection.

The amount of gain you can safely expect is 8 cm in one surgery for the femur and 6 cm in one surgery for the tibia.

Obviously if you get infection stop immediately.

Femur to torso-
Ideal: 1.3-1.4
Doable: 1.5

Leg to full body-

Why are these ratios important?
It’s important because you’ll have to adapt your plans around these ratios to not look uncanny. For example people with longer femurs will have to be more conservative with the amount of gains they can expect. Another thing is you might have to address another problem at the same time/ before you’re doing LL for example if you have a small facial height because of SFS you’ll need bimax or something along those lines to look normal. Or if you have an overtly narrow bideltoid you’ll have to roid to look normal and not like a framecel.

Negatives
Some side effects include Fat Embolism, Pulmonary Embolism, Muscle Contracture, Premature Consolidation, Malalignment, Peroneal Nerve Compression, IT Band Tightness, infection

However all these side effects are very rare (<1% you’ll see any adverse side effects), and preventable.

  • You should be supplementing any nutrition you don’t have good amounts of
Body Fat
This is quite an obvious one as higher body fat will increase estrogen. This is because fat cells contain the enzyme aromatase, which converts androgens into estrogen. Estrogen in itself isn’t bad and is actually crucial but it’s unideal to have elevated estrogen in puberty (even though it is ideal post puberty), as higher estrogen leads to faster fusion of the growth plates.

JFL there's no reason to it decreases your sleep quality. Your brain only produces .1-.5 mg a night, this is the equivalent of pinning 100,000 mg test or 200 IU HGH. The standard normie dose is 5-10 mg and even that is too much. If you have to take 200 mg melatonin to knock yourself out your brain is fucked

have you by any chance looked into the very potent anti-inflammatory and anti-oxidant properties that come with mega-dose melatonin (50mg+)?

because it seems to me you clicked on the first melatonin 'sleep guide' you could find and took the information at face-value, for every use of melatonin

mega-dose melatonin is just about 8-10x better at neutralizing free radicals than vitamin e, not to mention how much more of the molecule you actually can get

and dietary anti-oxidants cant cross the BBB or mitochondrial membranes

melatonin absolutely can, its easy to find data about this

melatonin also has indirect anti-oxidant properties like boosting certain enzymes which blueberries dont have:feelskek:

even if what you say is true melatonin is linked to many health risks long term, it's not meant for daily use anyways

there are low dependency effects, and people have been taking 200mg for years without adverse effects, you just reap the full anti-oxidative and anti-inflammatory benefits


I know this is just a review, but take it from an expert if you can't take it from me


edit: didn't see this study before, but this is with doses between 40-200mg, in OLD people

and this also shows 'the benefits of cytoprotective doses of melatonin on the cardiovascular and metabolic profile in an aged population'

'A significant decrease was observed in arterial hypertension, ischemic heart disease and diabetes mellitus after melatonin administration'

@yochico_yojordan debunk me nigga, and just to mention you have not provided any actual evidence yourself

Yes, actually built in into my elevator shoes

I don't have PE / sports there or any other type of situation where it could get noticed so I'm lucky
