Eat less calories than you use up

There is no excuse for being fat it’s literally so easy to lose weight all you need is a bit of patience and you will see results

you haven't said anything new it's just the usual talk about losing weight but it's worth adding not to go down too much because then all those fat people will start eating again and it will be the yo-yo effect you're right cut is a simple thing but not for all those people who have been fat all their lives

Its so easy just fast for 2 days then do it your hunger disappears

Its really easy to do if you track calories and eat like 250 cals of chocolate to stop cravings
