I have always been into improving physicality, so while browsing through the information on looksmax.me, I compiled a bunch information in favour in order to gain testosterone, hgh, tissue mass and bone mass Enjoy!

Activities to do:

Get great sleep
Sprint 3 times per week
PMO only ONCE a week
Reduce body fat
Lift heavy
Meditate
Hard and short workouts (15 minutes preferably, no more than one hour)

The info you've posted is more towards pubertymaxxing actions I guess, not a direct looksmax per se. You could improve some things about it. If you want to optimize your hormonal profile the most important thing you should do is sleeping at the same fucking time every night and have a good sleep hygiene. If you focus about nutrition just eat the same food YOUR ancestors did, eat them a lot atleast 3500-4500 calories a day while being highly active.

Focus on that rule as I said before and then consider this, as carb sources focus on veggies and starchy roots, use non-grain cereals as a quick energy fuel (quinoa, amaranth, buckwheat), rice and potatoes are really good if you freeze, and then reheat them. Consider seafood before eating ruminant meat if your ancestors did the same too.

Cultured butter > Butter
Raw grassfed goat meat & milk > any ruminant meat & milk
Raw Yogurt & kefir > any probiotic you can list
Avoid sucrose
Eat local season fruits, they're there for something. But focus on berries.
If you're during puberty, eat a lot of eggs & raw dairy if you can tolerate it. Also avoid low-fat products too, if you're during puberty & you do sprints and are really active overall it doesn't matter.
Flaxseed and greentea are good if you time them correctly. Your supplement list is retarded if you follow this, just supplement magnesium (glycinate or chloride), Ubiquinol and a full B100 complex.

Ideally you should take a genetic service and then compare your results to some genomics and proteomics internet base and based upon that you can create your own list of perfect foods. But w/e dude.

Add as an activity to perform the next things daily:
  • 100 inverted rows.
  • 100 Pull-ups or Chin-ups (ideally on Olympic rings)
  • 50 Dips (ideally on Olympic rings)
  • 50 Push-ups.
  • 300 bodyweight deep squats.
  • 5-10 minutes intense jumping rope.
