30kg of pure fat is 210,000 calories, thats a 3750 deficit daily, assuming every single calorie is coming from fat mass and zero muscle, bone, or skin tissue is being catabolized

30kg of pure fat is 210,000 calories, thats a 3750 deficit daily, assuming every single calorie is coming from fat mass and zero muscle, bone, or skin tissue is being catabolized
30kg is 7700 calories x 30 kg = 231000 calories
this lethal stack can push your BMR almost 200% so a BMR of 1800 calories would push 3600 but thats doing jack shit but of youd need to eat something to stay alive so we will only use BMR so so -3600 calories x 7 days x 8 weeks = -201600 calories so almost -26kg of pure fat almost 30kg

yea i did a misscalc, 5k calories is if u are doing jackshit and starving, even if you ate around 2000 calories daily you would lose more than 20kg but less than 30kg in 8 weeks

20kg on tren will look better than 30kg lost without tren

keeping 2-3kg of muscle will let you keep 2-3kg of fat and youl end up looking better

you could be 4-6kg heavier and look better than someone who starved down and lost muscle

This means they body uses this many calories to just operate though the day, keep the hard going and the brain fueled and move the muscles.
