Burn or miracle skincare?

Tonight I'm going to try a mixture of 17% salicylic acid and 16% lactic acid to treat facial acne. Do you think I'll get burned, or have I found the cure? I'm using Duofilm, which is normally used to treat warts.

I'm not advising anyone to try this; I'm only asking for informational purposes.
