ultrasound cavitation device not working

my uc device arrived today and i was excited to start my session and the machine is so subhuman the 40k head just wont work.

no matter the settings or outlet no output is created by the machine its so over

literally all oiled up in ultrasound gel too

any fixes?

i fixed it, hurt so bad at the end of my 1st 5 min session not deaf tho so W

should be doing 10 mins each side then after use the vacuum to speed up lymphatic drainage
