i think ultrasound cavitation would be better if you cant do needles very well and if youre scared to hit a nerve or something but it dont think its nearly as effective as aqualyx

Which is better

Havent tried uc and it seems a Lot more dangerous. Aqualyx is really Not Hard to do, results are subtle each Session but after 3-5 youll see significant results.
