Banning, a lot of the time, is a stupid feature that gets abused easily by mods.
There are a few times where someones ban is justified, however people can learn from their mistakes.
Unban everyone on January 1st 2020 and put their warnings at 90%. Warning should last a month. If a user doesnt get a single warning for the month then that should be proof that theyve learnt from their mistakes.
If they do break the rules then you can simply just give them a warning and bam, theyre banned again.
@Sergeant this benefits you since more users = more money. Also if they break rules theyll simply just get banned again quickly so the overall flow of the website isn't damaged.
This benefits banned users since it gives them a second chance to return.
This benefits everyone since more users = more entertainment and shitposting
