I sweat like crazy on my armpits and on my hands even when I'm not exercising like when I'm cleaning my room ill start sweating like crazy or when I'm driving my hands will get super sweaty or when I'm under stress ill become super sweaty is this just cope without doing Botox surgery?

Ive experienced this for the past 6 years. Walking up a flight of stairs will make me instantly sweaty despite me not being tired at all
