Under eye Blepharoplasty

I used to have good under eyes but I think because of sun damage I lost fat. Considering fat grafting but the main doctor only has Blepharoplasty listed on their site. As far I as can tell that would be removing even more fat which i obviously don’t want. They also have fillers for under eye but I’d prefer grafting. Should I find another doctor?
