Under eyelid exposure + bulbous nose

I have a very bulbous nose base, nearing 1:1 nose lip ratio not quite it tho. I have bad under eye lid exposure, and some upper eyelid exposure. Bad eye bags due to recessed infrastructure, should i get Volufine from amazon or something, topical minoxuntil my oral minox comes for eyebrows, and low dose accutane + hydrocortisone for nose? I been on hydrocortisone but idk if it rlly works my nostrils still hella bulbous

u can try aqualyx on nose too if u showed pic then it'd be easier to deduce what to do since i lowk js skimmed thru ur paragraph

sounds like surgery is gonna be ur only option. tho accutane will help greatly. did for me

topical minox also bloats but not as much probably
minox does not work as well for everyone
i got much better growth on latisse then minox
accutane will reduce sebum production
yeah stay on it indefinitely no reason not to
thats what im doing

its semi-perm i think atleast from what ive seen
but i'd say on it indefinitely no real risk and its a very good softmax

10 mg does not do that and its easy to counteract the effects
