yes your totally right its not impossible but whos gonna be able to afford a full cycle blood work and hcg it doesnt make sense.

I would argue that going for a more anabolic steroid is better than a more androgenic steroid, not only are side effects way more manageable, but you wont get as much acne and aging. There are studies on nandrolone (npp or deca) for example in increasing bone mass in adolescent rats. Also anavar is a strong promoter for bone mass.
The test base you already need for a cycle is gonna be androgenic enough imo
