I have a small underbite which i will be getting surgery for next year. im curious to know what will help my looks the most, as the surgery will be covered by insurance and i want get the most out of it. will a lefort 1 with ccw (or without for example) boost my looks? and to what extend? basically asking advice on a surgery plan
