Undereye area expert GTFIN - warning "over" tier under eye area pic

Seems like you're slightly lacking in undereyesupport as well, not as bad as me though
as you can see my maxilla is dogmaxxed so i dont think maxilla impacts orbitals that much u can see recessed peoppe with hunter eyes

So this is probably the worst my eye area gets and it will only get worse with time, my plan so far is:

Apart from that I'll probably try other stuff like prp injections, every undereye area cream under the sun, sleepmaxxing and so forth

Do you guys have any other recommendations to try?

@DoctorLooksmax @herring @Gaia262 @tesseract @RealSurgerymax and others
I think you only need filler for the tear trough and upper eyelid.

You won't do a LF3, right? I am not suggesting it but curios

I probably wouldn't no, willing to do infraorbital implants and possibly rhino or something to make my nose smaller, but looking at my photos without lensedistortion it doesn't look too bad, so nose thing is a maybe. Also consider something to get my eyes a shade brighter and chin fillers but that's about it for hardmaxxing

The thing is a LF1 is shown to decrease scleral show, meaning it somehow impacts the undereye area too. Do you have any info on this?

I don't, I think barely anyone needs Lefort 2+ as it's way to extreme so haven't even bothered researching it properly

True, the thing is a recessed jaw isn't fixable with implants because the occlussion is still wrong, but zygos could be built upon with implants, so more than lf1 is in fact overkill most of the time

The thing is I think close to everyone that gets a LF1 would have better results with LF3, because the LF1 won't fix everything
Frownfuel tbh

How do you have such suicide tier under eye area yet decent eye shape

  • JFL
Reactions: Niklaus Mikaelson
fillers could help mask it a bit but the the root problem isn't the lack of soft tissue, its the size and shape of your lower orbitals

Then implants right? Suggesting LF3 is idiotic

It's a mystery man, I don't know, but need to fix it

yea 100%, but he should definitely experiment with fillers first before jumping to implants
That's the plan! Get fillers and then dissolve to try implant

My undereye area looks kind of like yours, and I am literally researching LF3, am I retarded?
My cheekbones are on 87,5% height of my distance from lips to IPD-line, and my zygos pop very hard in the 3/4. Maxillary triangle has the same angle as Josh McGregors

Lf3 sounds pretty retarded, I'd try looking up infraorbital rims instead and see before and after pics and try to find an example that looks close as possible to you

Same here, orbitals rims seem a bit risky drastic, and fillers got so many mixed opinions it's hard to get a proper answer, I want my solution to be as permanent as possible and i think im ready to take the risk honestly to at least try fillers and follow my chart unless something else pops up
Has anybody on this forum has prp undereyes for dark circles?

Don't think so, but consider trying prp at home with microblading, and then at a clinic for injections

Wbt after
I noticed you cannot compare the tear through in the before after in pictures where you lay on you bed with the head laying on a pillow, because once you head is tilted down, cheek skin squashes up and forms more tear through hallowness.
This means I look the same.in the before/after if I lay on my pillow.

But all on all you were satisfied? Looks good to me, but i can see why you would want to add a tiny bit more

Yea, you are still deficient in these areas. I would recommend that you go for upper eyelid fat graft as well.

makes literally no sense given people say that hunter eyes are from compact orbitals + good under eye support.

I am starting to think that UES is just a meme honestly, look at Gandy, suicide tier under eye support

doctors said they cannot perform a upper eyelid fat graft because I totally lack a fat layer that cocers the upper eyelid.
They will perform hooding fillers instead

Do you think that it's because you haven't added enough fat?
studies show that lefort 1 also reduces scleral show by a very small amount.
Maybe my scleral show decreased negligibly.

Any updates on your under eye maxxing plans Niko?

@Niko

I’m in the same situation as you, my under eye support could be better, but it’s not that bad that I woudl gamble getting orbital rim implants just yet. I’m also not a fan of fillers, so for now I’m kinda stuck between the two
You wouldn’t even get radiesse under eyes? Calcium based so semi permanent, won’t migrate if it’s injected directly into the bone, and can be a serious looksmax.
I’ll Guinea pig it though, getting a heap of stuff done this year.
