Undereye maxxing?

Would la roche-posay undereye cream, vitamin c serum and volufilline work.
I know It won't work magically I'm just asking if it will make a slight difference, if it does Ill pair it with beta carotene, dying brows and lashes and debloating and getting lean (I am already pretty lean) and I could probably reach htn?
