i think lip filler would smooth it out rather than make it more defined, but it would make it bigger for someone who already has it , as for therapy or exercises for it it could be possible, i actually do philtrum shortening exercises because it seems to target that too,idk whether or not it will actually workbut its worth a shot cos its free

you philtrum does not shorten itself no matter what, I’ve had a long philtrum since childhood even after getting good bone structure, can you link the exercises you tried?
