i think lip filler would smooth it out rather than make it more defined, but it would make it bigger for someone who already has it , as for therapy or exercises for it it could be possible, i actually do philtrum shortening exercises because it seems to target that too,idk whether or not it will actually workbut its worth a shot cos its free
