I have been doing this for like 6 months but then I suddenly stopped, to be honest no idea why, I started after 1,5 years and now my skin Is hella smooth, I get less breakouts and its much better overall, just 2-3x a week I apply honey for 15-20 minutes on my face and then I rinse it off with warm water. Like 1,5teaspoons Is enough, has anyone else tried it or am I just coping?

i mean honey is antibacterial and rich in antioxidants and also known to help soothe skin if you have sensitive skin.
basically saying it depends on your skin so i would say its not cope imo

yes, severe cystic acne magically gets raped by raw honey

Add sugar to the honey and it will be even more effective, the sugar acts as a strong homemade exfoliant.
