Underrated side effects of sema

So far have not had any issues with supposed disrupted bowel movements or any form similar and imo overrated side effect

The biggest 2 side effects is that gymcelling is now 10x harder due to lack of energy like i am not bothered to do more sets after a certain point, this is likely a dietary inflicted issue but that is the second side effect thats annoying, with a nuked appetite I have no inclination to hit protein goals to maintain current muscle or provide me with energy for the gym.

Both of these side effects can be fixed easily though just by using pre and forcing protein intake to be reached, sema is god - sema is life

Feel you on that. Sema can really mess with your energy levels and appetite, making gym time a real struggle. Pre-workout and getting that protein in are the key.
