That I'm not sure of. It's hard to evaluate due to how much it relies on IRL perception. I think skull height is more important in that regard than skull width, since hair can fraud a narrow skull somewhat, but I'm really not sure.

Because the diameter of the human eyeball is virtually constant among all humans of either sex, the width of the face relates very strongly to how masculine it looks. A few extra millimeters to a man's bizygomatic breadth that maintains proportion of ESR makes a man look way more masculine because his eyes and features become smaller.

The most cute and petite women have short bizygomatic breadths, and that makes their eyes look big and confers innocence and youth. Generally, large bizygomatic is a highly masculine trait, and low bizygomatic is a feminine trait; babies eyes don't become smaller as they age, their face becomes larger which makes the proportion of eyeball diameter, which is a constant, to bizygomatic smaller.

I don't think I've seen it explored in looks theory, but this proportion of the constant diameter of the eyeball and the variable breadth of a human's bizygomatic is very descriptive of a face. It is almost a rudiment of understanding looks theory. It is the element of masculinity or feminity that a face has that does not explicitly indicate sex.

Androgynous Chads usually have bizygomatic breadths that are in the lower percentiles and they have sharp, tall jaws and rounded brow and soft tissue indicators that they are male. Women really have a boner for that kind of andro Chad who is like 6'5 and has a chest like a barrel with broad scapula, because it satisfies humankind's affinity towards the feminine, yet also satisfies a woman's seeking of protection and provision.
