I have dev septum but just slightly, so when im standing up i have no problem nose breathing but when i lay done i cant breathe thru nose,

I elevated my bed and actually started going to sleep via breathing tru nose and shit fucked up my sleep

After 2 3 days of bad sleep (i was waking up mid of night ans couldnt go back again) my sleep deprived body started showing symptons i never imagine would happen to me

-No erections whatsoever
-0 confidence
-0 competitivenes
-no attraction to women

Etc

So the thing i ll say is fuck height fuck looks sleep is law, as long as you get good sleep its not over

Slept w my mouth open at 8 pm yesterday woke up at 6 am naturally had the biggest erection with my 18 cm monster dick, ty for reading

Cuz resetting a shit sleep schedule seems impossible unless u know how to get all teh steps right, then its easy
 
Nigga problem isnt that i cant sleep, i cant sleep via breathing thru my nose, its get stuffy on one side because of septum dev and wakes me up midnight but if i breathe through my mouth my normal schedule is from 10pm to 6am 7am, i dont use any other social media then here or yt, i barely even listen to music, its not about attention span or some shit
