Is it a bad idea for a underweight person to go sprinting right in the morning without eating anything?

depends on how u plan to gain weight, muscle or fat?
Running is abit catabolic for muscle growth but not significant so I would say no it is not a bad idea if you want to gain weight through muscle alone and have less bf%

I wouldn't go too long without protein after lifting or sprinting. Beforehand is probably alright.
