Essentially the proportion from the top of your head to your hairline. if your cranial top is too low then it makes your midface look longer and makes you look retarded. some surgeons will do cranial implants for this.

+ much easier and better fixed in men with hairline transplant instead (99% this problem comes from big forehead)
